The Mosman FC Academy program provides the opportunity for players to train and play in a development environment focused on game-related skill acquisition and decision-making in line with the FFA National Curriculum under the guidance of appropriately qualified coaches.
Trials for 2017 Academy teams
In 2017, Mosman FC is looking to expand the Academy program to include the following teams (subject to demand):
Boys/Mixed: U9 x 3, U10 x 2, U11x2, U12, U13
Girls: U9, U11, U13
All players who will be in these age groups in 2017 are invited to trial for the Mosman FC Academy Program.
The Academy Program allows players to both train (twice per week) and play under the guidance of a professional club coach. Only players who can commit to two training per week and all games on weekends should trial for the Academy.
Club coaches will conduct the trial process under the guidance of the club’s Director of Coaching, Andrew Taylor. Coaches will be looking at each player’s technical ability, attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
Trials will be held on Sunday November 20th to determine places in these teams.
Players will trial for the age group for which they are eligible in 2017. The trials will be held at Georges Heights Oval.
