Registration for Senior and O35 Players

Registration 2010 Season

Mosman Football Club offers a direct registration option for players who played for MFC in 2009.   The direct registration process is available for registrations that arrive in the mailbox by 12th March 2010 - after this, please register via your manager.

Team managers - please note we have introduced a team registration form, so you can register your team once you know who is playing, even if it takes a little longer for each individual to register themselves - see below or click here.

Registration Fees for 2010 are here.  All players must be registered prior to training to be covered by the Football NSW insurance policy.

What do I have to do?

1.  Print the seniors registration form, fill it out and mail it to Mosman Football Club, PO Box 170 Spit Junction NSW 2088.  Attention:  Seniors Registrar or O35 Registrar as appropriate

2.  Pay the fee by one of these methods of payment:

  • Bank Transfer - Please transfer funds to:

Please make sure you put the PLAYERS NAME and TEAM as a reference when making a payment.

          Please also print a copy of your receipt / funds transfer confirmation and mail it together with your completed registration form above

  • Cheque – Mail a cheque payable to “Mosman Football Club” with your registration form.

3.  Provide a digital photo.  In 2010, the MWFA is introducing new cards, which will use a digital photo, that should :

  • Be roughly square
  • Have no hats, no glasses or sunglasses
  • Have a light background
  • Be compressed to 30kb or less (Microsoft Picture Manager compressed to "web pages" will do this)
  • Have a file name : "MFC2010 your name team .jpg"   (eg MFC2010 Jim Beam 035/4.jpg or MFC2010 John Smith U10.jpg).  If your don't know your team leave a space.
  • Be emailed to : pachi.jones@gmail.com

4.  If you are a student, a $60 discount may be deducted from the fees if you include a copy of your Student ID card.

Team Registration 2010 Season

We are introducing a team registration to assist managers ensure their team is registered, even if a few individuals are slow to register themselves.  Please complete this form by 6th February if possible, and by Friday, 26th February at the latest to ensure we can register your team.  Please note the requirement to provide registered referees (3 per team, 5 per squad) and volunteers to help run the club (1 per team, 2 per squad).  Both referees and club volunteers are essential for you and your team to enjoy competitive football.  In addition, we expect to have a few manager meetings throughout the season to help discuss how we can improve the club and deal with any issues, and each team should send a representative to each event - including the end of season function.
