There is an all girl competition within the junior division of the club for girls in the under 10 to under 16 age groups. Referred to as "ladies teams" by the MWFA, the all girl teams play on Sundays. Girls are eligible to dual register and play in both the girls competition on Sundays and the mixed competition on Saturdays. The Junior Division club rules and codes of conduct apply to the girls teams.

Ladies U10

The under 10 girls teams operate under similar guidelines to the U9 mixed juniors, which is a transition from mini-soccer to full-field soccer. The LA U10 teams play on a three-quarter size field with nine players per side. No competition tables are kept by the MWFA. No ID cards are issued, except for a few of the older, more experienced players who may be required as borrowed players in the LA U12 age group. The LA U10 teams have their own Gala Day round robin at the end of the season. The minimum age to join the LA U10 competition is U9. As with the other girls teams, grading is not held with the mixed division teams but usually takes place over the first two regularly scheduled season practices. The noncompetitive nature of the LA U10 teams allows friends of different levels within the age group to play on teams together.

Ladies U12 - U14 - U16

Like the mixed junior competition, these teams play a competitive round of matches within divisions graded on skill level and experience. Girls teams are not graded with the mixed division teams, but are usually graded during the first two weeks of regular season practice. When grading, friendships as well as soccer skills are taken into consideration so girls can experience both the social and physical benefits of being on a soccer team.
