The sessions will focus on the individual within a group setting, exposing them to an engaging environment with variety and high repetition. The sessions will cover creative individual techniques, tactics and goal setting.
These will be held at Allan Border Oval from 7:15am-8:30am on Wednesdays.
Sessions begin Week Two of Term 3 Wednesday, 1st August.
