Mosman FC Women’s Pre-season Fitness Training
Deb Baruah of Point You Fit Personal Training [https://www.pointyoufit.com] will be offering pre-season football specific strength, agility and fitness training to all Women who are playing winter football at Mosman Football Club. Deb plays football and is a very experienced Personal trainer. The sessions have been designed by Deb to get you fit for football.
Where: Brightmore Reserve, Cremorne (aka the Bike Park)
When: 7pm – 8pm Tuesday’s, commencing 29 January 2019
What to bring: Yoga Mat / Towel, water bottle, enthusiasm
