What are you registering for?

Your child will require a Mosman FC Home Kit including Shirt, Short and Sock. If you do not have any of these items please order from Mosman FC Online Shop. Please order now to avoid last minute rush and ensure kit is received in time for season start.Please note kit is only available online – there is no retail outlet

  • The NSW Active Kids Rebate program provides a $100 voucher towards the cost of any approved sport.

  • An International Transfer Clearance (ITC) is required for every player aged 10 years or older who is playing for the first time and is not an Australian citizen or whose last registration was overseas.
  • You will need to complete an MWFA form.
  • The completed form should be sent to the Club Registrar.
  • A copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport for ID purposes should be sent to the Club Registrar.
  • You will need to upload a current photo of your child in the MyFootball system when registering online.

  • In addition to the above information requirements, to start the ITC process you will need to register your child online at MyFootballClub. You will prompted to tick a box that states playing for the first time and is  not an Australian citizen or whose last registration was overseas. At this stage your child’s ITC application will be started but you will no be able to continue to register and pay online until the club receives the ITC. This process may take in excess of 6 weeks so we strongly encourage you to start the ITC application as early in the preseason as possible to be eligible for the season start.  You may be contacted directly by the Mosman FC Registrar requesting supporting documentation.

 

  • If playing U12 for the first time you will need to supply a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport for proof of age. This should be sent to the Club Registrar” The link should be live to the Club Registrar under Club Contacts.
  • You will need to upload a current photo of your child in the MyFootball system when registering online. Please note regardless of whether there is an existing photo in the system, you will need to upload a new photo every year.  This is as simple as taking a selfie with your smartphone and uploading.

  • You will need a NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC). If you already have a WWCC please enter your WWCC number in the additional questions area when registering in MyFootballClub. If you do not have a WWCC please CLICK HERE to apply for one via Service NSW. Note:  The WWCC is free for volunteers (coaches and managers) so make sure you apply as a volunteer. Your WWCC is valid for 5 years.
  • You will need to provide a current ID photo. This photo can be self-up-loaded in MyFootballClub when registering as a Coach or Manager.
