The Mosman FC Trial Request form must also be completed if a Mosman FC Home ground is required for the game.

The Mosman FC Trial Request form is required for:
- Mosman FC versus another MWFA club including another Mosman FC team and/or
- Mosman FC versus a non MWFA club where a Mosman FC home ground is requested. Note for these inter association games the Football NSW Trial Match Request Form must also be completed no less than 5 days prior to the game scheduling.
Completion of the form should not be considered automatic approval of the ground availability. All ground requests will be sent to the relevant Age Coordinator who will balance all requests and then refer to Mosman Council Liaison for final approval.
Playing unsanctioned games is contrary to Mosman FC policy. The Club may penalise any team that plays unsanctioned games. The nature of the penalty is at the discretion of the Club's Board but may involve prohibiting the offending Mosman FC team from participating in further trial games on Mosman FC grounds.
